Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RifeCore ("the Service"), operated by RifeCore ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RifeCore is an experimental frequency generation platform that provides tools for generating audio frequencies, binaural entrainment tones, and AI-assisted protocol discovery. The Service is intended for research, education, and personal wellness exploration purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

RifeCore is NOT a medical device. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing provided by the Service constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. Use of frequency generation tools is entirely at your own risk.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Subscription Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond permitted API usage

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Service are owned by RifeCore and protected by intellectual property laws. The frequency database, AI models, and platform design remain our exclusive property. You retain ownership of any session recordings you create.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIFECORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
